Notre Dame Global is pleased to offer the Global Network Research Development Grants that link to the University’s global locations.
The goal of these grants is to help foster, support, and deepen long-term research collaborations and relationships by funding travel to and from the indicated locations and/or regions.
Several of the grants offer funds for travel to the global location/region while some may also support ND faculty bringing collaborators from the location/region to South Bend, in order to further research endeavors and/or enhance collaborators understanding of the University.
Funding requests can be made up to $10,000 per global location.

Submission deadline for all of the grants below is November 4, 2024, at 11:59pm.
| EAST ASIA | Funds travel to East Asia to establish new and/or reinvigorate and/or deepen existing research collaborations. Learn more |
| IRELAND | Offers two ways to provide support for research collaborations in Ireland, funding post-doctoral scholars/researchers. Learn more |
| LATIN AMERICA | Offers travel support for faculty to bring to the University either a leader with broad recognition or a research collaborator from Latin America. Learn more |
| LONDON | Provides travel support for research and institutional relationships in several different ways. Learn more |
| ROME | Aims to deepen institutional/research connections between Notre Dame Rome and partners in Italy by supporting the convening of strategic meetings either in Rome or in South Bend. Learn more |
| SOUTH ASIA | Offers one of two ways to provide travel support for research in South Asia. Learn more |
| SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA | Provides travel support for either expanding within an institutional relationship or research development. Learn more |
