Call Crisis24 to get connected to a counselor while traveling anywhere in the world.

Here are five things to get you started with Crisis24 and better prepared for your next international trip:

  1. Direct support in times of crisis or when security advice or assistance is needed. The hotline can be called 24/7 and is auto-loaded to the Hotline button in Horizon mobile application. The hotline number is +1 (443) 569-8607.
  2. Access to all the Crisis24 intelligence and the ability to reach out in an emergency - in the palm of your hand. Download the Crisis24 Horizon Mobile application from the Apple, Google, or OPPO app stores and log in using the same credentials as the web-based platform. (*You must use your ND email address).
  3. Alerts of significant threats and disruptions worldwide, contextualized with insightful analysis. Select which alerts you would like to receive via email notification. Alerts are accessible under the Intelligence menu or on the World Map.
  4. Curated briefings of location-specific data that pull together all the relevant intelligence into a consolidated PDF report. Briefs can be accessed on the top right of each Location Intelligence page.
  5. Review information about Crisis24 services on the pages found on the left-side navigation.

Access Crisis24 Horizon

Starting July 1, 2024, Crisis24 Horizon is Notre Dame's new Travel Risk Management partner for Medical & Security Assistance overseas.

Please follow the steps below to download and log in to the Crisis24 Horizon app to ensure a seamless transition of your travel safety resources.

How to Access Crisis24 Horizon

Go to https://www.crisis24horizon.com/NotreDame.

LOGGING IN:

  1. Open the web app, enter your university email address, and tap Sign In.
  2. On the next screen, enter your university credentials and again tap Sign In to enter.
  3. Go to Preferences, located under your name on the top-right, and set up your preferred notifications.

Download from your app store or search for Crisis24 Horizon Mobile.

LOGGING IN:

  1. Open the mobile app, enter your university email address, and tap Sign In.
  2. On the next screen, enter your university credentials and again tap Sign In to enter.
  3. Follow the prompts to enable Push Notifications and Location Services to receive alert notifications based on your current location. You can monitor and receive notifications for other locations by adding them to your main dashboard.
