Host Conferences & Events

Many of the University's global locations welcome groups from Notre Dame, other organizations, and their local community for events, conferences, lectures, and retreats. Some locations are also equipped to help with planning and organizing. Hosting an event at one of our global locations is a great way to connect with our on-the-ground team and make use of the resources the Notre Dame community has to offer. Note that facilities and services differ by location.

Arts & Letters Faculty

The Franco Institute offers academic conference services and event consultation to faculty in the College of Arts & Letters. The Institute's event and academic conference planning team can provide a variety of services, depending on the event type, location, and budget, that are designed to help streamline the planning process. Early planning is highly recommended. 

Beijing

Notre Dame Beijing supports the University’s global vision by advancing academic collaboration, international programs, and engagement among faculty, students, alumni, and partners. Notre Dame Beijing also strengthens connections with Notre Dame alumni in China and hosts conferences, workshops, lectures, retreats, and other academic events. Our office is located near the Central Business District, embassies, government offices, and multinational organizations. Notre Dame Beijing offers modern facilities and a professional team with strong local expertise to support visiting groups from Notre Dame and partner institutions.

Dublin

Notre Dame Dublin is a bustling academic center at the heart of the University's scholarly endeavors in Ireland, outfitted to host classes, academic seminars, conferences and workshops, lectures, exhibitions, launches, meetings, and more. ND Dublin is located in the city centre at historic O'Connell House, making it an advantageous space to explore Ireland, Europe, and the wider world—past, present, and future. The dedicated events coordinator can provide support from the event planning process through its execution.

Jerusalem

The Notre Dame Jerusalem academic center is situated at the University of Notre Dame’s campus in Jerusalem (“Tantur”), a crossroads of religions and civilizations, and offers opportunities for faculty to advance their scholarship and the University’s reputation in the region. The academic center welcomes visitors from around the world to its peaceful setting, an oasis of learning, reflection, and hospitality. Notre Dame London works collaboratively with Notre Dame faculty to develop and host academic events that advance research, teaching, and global engagement. Faculty can work with the London team partners to plan and host events in the Marian Kennedy Fischer Hall, bringing together international collaborators in a global context. Rome

Notre Dame Rome is a research and study center where the expertise of Notre Dame meets the knowledge of the city of Rome. The center's prime location (in the heart of the city and steps away from the Colosseum) and convenient meeting spaces make it an ideal location to host academic conferences, lectures, and seminars. Services at Notre Dame Rome include hybrid events and webcasting, wireless access, wheelchair accessibility, audiovisual services, a dedicated events coordinator, and exhibition space. ND Rome welcomes groups from Notre Dame, other organizations, and the local community for such events.
