Many of the University's global locations welcome groups from Notre Dame, other organizations, and their local community for events, conferences, lectures, and retreats. Some locations are also equipped to help with planning and organizing. Hosting an event at one of our global locations is a great way to connect with our on-the-ground team and make use of the resources the Notre Dame community has to offer. Arts & Letters Faculty

The Franco Institute offers academic conference services and event consultation to faculty in the College of Arts & Letters. The Institute's event and academic conference planning team can provide a variety of services, depending on the event type, location, and budget, that are designed to help streamline the planning process. Early planning is highly recommended. 


Beijing

Notre Dame Beijing supports the University’s global vision by advancing academic collaboration, international programs, and engagement among faculty, students, alumni, and partners. Our office is located near the Central Business District, embassies, government offices, and multinational organizations. Dublin

Jerusalem

The Notre Dame Jerusalem academic center is situated at the University of Notre Dame’s campus in Jerusalem (“Tantur”), a crossroads of religions and civilizations, and offers opportunities for faculty to advance their scholarship and the University’s reputation in the region. Notre Dame London works collaboratively with Notre Dame faculty to develop and host academic events that advance research, teaching, and global engagement. Rome

Notre Dame Rome is a research and study center where the expertise of Notre Dame meets the knowledge of the city of Rome. The center's prime location (in the heart of the city and steps away from the Colosseum) and convenient meeting spaces make it an ideal location to host academic conferences, lectures, and seminars. Services at Notre Dame Rome include hybrid events and webcasting, wireless access, wheelchair accessibility, audiovisual services, a dedicated events coordinator, and exhibition space.
