Philippe Magnani strives for excellence and has a desire to create a "home away from home" for our ND family and guests with his team.

Philippe has been a hospitality manager in many fine establishments on the island of Ireland as well as in various locations around the world (France/USA/New Zealand). He has a strong interest in oenology, sommelerie, and mixology.

Philippe holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Paris XIII University, and he speaks English, French, and Spanish. His main interests are geopolitics, history, and religions.
