Morgan Crier, assistant director for Study Abroad's summer programs, brings a wealth of global experience and a fervor for education. Holding an M.A. in digital media, culture, and communications from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, and a B.A. in international relations and women and gender studies from Louisiana State University, Morgan's diverse academic background mirrors her dedication to cross-cultural understanding. She possesses a deep grasp of the transformative impact of global education.
Morgan's dedication to supporting diverse student populations, particularly those underrepresented in study abroad programs, is evident in her work and experiences across Greece, Canada, Hungary, and China. Her multicultural perspective is complemented by a love for cooking, where she brings her Creole heritage to life, embodying a commitment to cultural exchange.
As a program coordinator/advisor, Morgan provides crucial administrative and programming support for summer and short-term study abroad programs, ensuring seamless execution in collaboration with students, faculty, campus units, and international partners.
