As the Senior Assistant Director of Global Engagement Programs, Megan manages and advises the incoming non-degree-seeking semester programs. This includes the Exchange Program and American Semester Abroad Program (ASAP). Megan is the main point of contact for visiting international students as well as their advisor for pre-arrival and while on campus. The incoming exchange program is important for the University of Notre Dame to continue to globalize and diversify its campus. International students get a chance to experience Notre Dame for a semester or academic year, while the domestic students learn through this cross-cultural exchange.

Megan graduated with a B.A. in psychology and biology from Saint Mary's College, Indiana. While at St. Mary's, she studied abroad in Maynooth, Ireland. After graduation, she lived and worked in Sevilla, Spain, and Reading, England. Her career in international education began at the University of Notre Dame in 2016, when she began working with Notre Dame Global's Study Abroad summer programs. She transitioned to NDG's Global Engagement Programs team in 2018 as a programs coordinator and began her work with incoming non-degree-seeking students. In May 2026, Megan earned her MA of Global Culture from King's College London.

Megan has an intermediate level of Spanish, and has basic knowledge of German and Armenian.
