Cynthia Reeves

Cynthia Reeves joined the University in February 2014. She is currently a Senior Scholar Immigration Specialist with the International Student & Scholar Affairs unit, under Notre Dame Global. As the primary advisor and contact for the University's J-1 Scholar community, Cynthia provides counsel for J-1 Scholar-based immigration matters, manages the day-to-day advising of the scholars, and ensures that the University is in compliance with J-1 Exchange Visitor immigration regulations. She is also the primary contact for all University departments that sponsor J-1 Scholars. 

Cynthia graduated from Bethel College with a Bachelor's in Organizational Management and from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Master's in Business Administration.

Cynthia is a family-oriented person and enjoys spending time with family and friends, with great food and conversation!
