Angel Zambrano

Angel Zambrano was appointed associate director of financial operations and administration in April 2024.

Before joining NDG, Angel served the Notre Dame Finance Division for nine years, having joined shortly after graduating from Notre Dame in 2015. Angel has held a variety of positions within the Controller’s Office, most recently serving as a senior financial analyst within Accounting & Financial Services. He’s also spent time working closely with the Accounts Payable, Research & Sponsored Program Accounting, Procurement, Treasury Services, and Tax groups within the Finance Division. Angel earned his master of Science in Business Analytics from Mendoza in 2019 while working full-time. In addition to Notre Dame, Angel has also worked at Warner Bros. Discovery, where he was a member of their Latin American General Counsel’s Office as well as the Latin American Ad Sales and Strategic Planning group.

Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Angel spent most of his upbringing between Cape Coral, FL, and Knoxville, TN. He’s an avid car enthusiast and enjoys playing with his cat, visiting Lake Michigan, and getting together with his parents and sister for their weekly board game night.
